Vitaly leads the company’s technology strategy, architecture standards, and R&D initiatives. He specializes in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and high-load backend platforms. Before joining NextLogic, he worked with several startups and engineering teams in Israel.

Victor Novak

Head of Engineering, Ukraine

Kyiv, Ukraine

Victor is responsible for engineering operations and team development in Ukraine. He manages multiple teams and ensures high delivery standards for both client and internal products.
